Angels optioned OF Mike Trout to Double-A Arkansas. As expected. Trout, 19, batted .163/.213/.279 with one home run and six RBI over his first 47 plate appearances in the big leagues. He'll head back to the minors to play everyday now that Peter Bourjos is back to full health. Chances are we'll be hearing from him again real soon.
