Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Mike Trout (flu) won't play for "a number of days." Trout has been bothered by a flu bug since the beginning of camp and has lost 10 pounds. He said he's still feeling still feeling "not normal," as the virus has left him feeling weak and feverish. "I don't want to go out there and risk injury," he said. "I want to get right first." With the Angels already stocked with outfielders, Trout was a longshot to earn a roster spot coming into camp, and he's been unable to sway that line of thinking due to the illness.
