Angels manager Mike Scioscia confirmed that Matt Shoemaker will be called up to start Tuesday against the Phillies. He'll take the rotation spot of Hector Santiago, at least for now. Shoemaker has posted a 6.31 ERA through five starts in Triple-A this season and isn't a consideration in most fantasy leagues.
