Angels designated LHP Buddy Boshers for assignment. The move clears a 40-man roster spot for left-hander Brooks Raley, who was claimed off waivers from the Twins on Thursday. Boshers, 25, had allowed nine earned runs in 13 innings of relief this season at Triple-A.
