The Los Angeles Angels are closing in on a deal with free-agent left-hander Matt Moore on Thursday, according to a source. The 33-year-old southpaw had a great 1.95 ERA and held opponents to a .564 OPS in 74 relief innings pitched for the Texas Rangers last year.
