Angels acquired 1B/OF Rusty Ryal from the Dodgers in exchange for cash. The 30-year-old hasn't played in the Major Leagues since 2010 where he appeared in 104 games with the Diamondbacks. He hit .265/.310/.359 with four homers and 49 RBI in 106 games with Triple-A Albuquerque this season.
