San Francisco Giants outfielder Andrew McCutchen (elbow) left Wednesday's game against the Padres after being hit by a pitch. He was replaced by Gregor Blanco and underwent testing on his elbow. The x-rays reportedly came back negative and McCutchen is dealing with an elbow bruise. He could miss a game or two, but this does not sound too significant of an injury.
