Andrew Bailey (forearm) indicated Thursday that he will not be ready to come off the disabled list when he's first eligible next Tuesday. Bailey, currently sidelined with a sore right biceps muscle, resumed throwing on Thursday by playing a light game of catch. It's not clear what the next step will be, but he'll almost certainly need more than the minimum at this point. Junichi Tazawa will fill in at closer for now.
