Anderson will start Friday against the Dodgers, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports. The Diamondbacks named Anderson to the starting rotation last week, but it wasn't entirely clear would he would slot in. Manager Chip Hale announced that Anderson will occupy the No. 4 spot, between Jeremy Hellickson and Archie Bradley. Anderson has held Yasiel Puig and Adrian Gonzalez, the Dodgers' No. 2 and 3 hitters, to three hits in 12 at-bats so far in his career, but two of those hits have left the yard.
