Anderson went 5.2 innings Saturday, allowing just one run on eight hits while striking out six in a 2-1 win over the Mets. Other than a Juan Lagares solo homer, Anderson pitched well, working his way out of trouble repeatedly. He threw a career-high 107 pitches, which could be a factor in his next start, as Anderson has only exceeded 100 pitches twice this year. He's been a surprisingly solid fantasy asset, having allowed two or fewer runs in six of his last seven outings. Anderson's next start will be Friday in San Francisco.
