Anderson was wearing a wrist brace after suffering a sprain in Sunday's start but said he wouldn't need an MRI, J.P. Hoornstra of the Southern California News Group reports.
EDGE Analysis
It sound like the injury isn't major, and with five days off before his next projected start, Anderson might not have to miss a start. That said, he was only able to last one inning Sunday in his first start in return from a back injury. Expect him to attempt to throw a bullpen session early this week, but until then, consider him day-to-day.
