Anderson left Tuesday's start after facing just two batters, as he was hit near the left knee by a line drive off the bat of Kris Bryant, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Tom Haudricourt reports.
EDGE Analysis
The liner hit Anderson square on the inside of his left knee, and while he was able to pick up the ball and make the throw to first base, he limped off midway through the first inning. Jhan Marinez replaced Anderson in what will now turn into a bullpen game for the Brewers. Look for the team to provide an official diagnosis later in the game.
