Anderson allowed just one run on five hits, walking one and striking out 10 over seven innings of a 7-1 win against Miami on Friday night. Anderson (4-4, 3.13 ERA) has been on quite a roll lately, having allowed just four runs over his last three starts spanning 21 innings. He's pitching deeper into games - he pitched eight innings for the first time since May of 2011 two starts back and tossed 113 pitches in this one - and he's beginning to show some of the promise he displayed before injuries derailed his career. If he can stay healthy, he should solidify his position as a reliable starter in the middle of the Dodgers' rotation.
