Anderson (3-1) picked up the win against the Angels on Thursday, giving up two runs, seven hits and a walk while striking out two in six innings. Anderson, who allowed one hit in seven scoreless innings at San Francisco in his previous start, blanked the Angels through four, keeping them hitless until Kole Calhoun lined a single with one out in the fourth. The run Anderson gave up in the fifth was his first in 14.2 innings. Anderson wasn't at his best Wednesday, but he was good enough for the win. He'll face off against the Rockies in Colorado on Tuesday in his next scheduled start.
