Anderson (2-1) was fantastic Friday night, allowing just one hit and one walk in seven scoreless innings in a 1-0 win over the Giants. While Anderson only struck out two batters, he took a no-hitter into the seventh in a spectacular performance, outdueling San Francisco ace Madison Bumgarner. Aside from a six-run outing against Milwaukee two starts ago, Anderson has not allowed more than two runs in any of his last eight starts. The only issue for Anderson is his strikeout rate, as he has only rung up 49 batters 73.1 innings. If he can discover a strikeout pitch, he could become a must-own fantasy option in the long run. Anderson's next start comes at home Wednesday when Arizona hosts the Angels.
