Anderson (1-4) was crushed again Thursday, allowing seven runs (six earned) on six hits and two walks over five innings in a loss to the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
After opening the season by allowing just three unearned runs over 11 innings in his first two starts, Anderson has taken a turn for the distinctly horrible over the last four. In that span, he's pitched only 18.1 innings while allowing a ridiculous 34 hits and 24 runs (21 earned), thanks in no small part to eight homers. The 28-year-old righty would be pitching his way right off the Brewers' roster if not for the team's lack of options.
