Alonso (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury Thursday but manager Bud Black did not have an update on its severity, Kris Budden of Fox Sports San Diego reports. Alonso appeared to jam his shoulder making a diving stop in the eighth inning Thursday and had to exit the game. Budden reported that there will be more information on the nature of Alonso's shoulder injury Friday.
