Alfredo Simon's hearing in the Dominican Republic regarding his manslaughter case was postponed again on Tuesday because witnesses didn't show up to court. The next hearing, regarding the manslaughter charges filed against Simon in the New Year's Eve shooting death of Michel Esteban Castillo, is scheduled for November 8. Simon still hasn't been formally cleared.
