Alfredo Simon will start Friday against the Angels. Simon was activated from the restricted list Tuesday after attending a hearing in the Dominican Republic on Monday regarding his manslaughter case. He allowed two runs over seven innings in his last start Saturday night against the Indians, but he doesn't come recommended in fantasy leagues. Brad Bergesen will get the ball Saturday.
