Alfredo Simon was hammered for five earned runs in three innings Saturday in a loss to the Rockies. Colorado's red-hot offense jumped all over Reds pitching in this one, collecting a total of 11 runs on 16 hits -- five of which were homers. Simons still has an excellent 2.89 ERA and 1.08 WHIP on the year, but regression is setting in. He's allowed eight earned runs over his last 10 frames.
