Alfredo Simon (hamstring) is expected to return from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday. Simon completed a rehab assignment Sunday at Double-A Bowie and is ready to return to his role in long relief. The 30-year-old has a 3.14 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in 14 1/3 innings this season for the big league O's.
