Alfredo Simon (hamstring) could be activated from the disabled list Tuesday, the first day he's eligible, if Sunday's rehab appearance with Double-A Bowie goes well. Simon is scheduled to throw 1-2 innings for Bowie after being cleared following a pain-free bullpen session Friday. He'll slide back into a long relief role.
