Alexei Ramirez left Thursday's game against the Tigers with an apparent right hamstring injury. Ramirez first grabbed at his right leg after a fifth-inning groundout and then had to leave the game following a bloop single in the sixth. It looked like it might have been a hamstring strain, which would likely mean a stint on the disabled list. Brent Morel replaced him.
