Alexei Ramirez is not in the White Sox starting lineup for Saturday's contest against the Blue Jays. He has been scuffling a bit at the plate recently, hitting just .203/.213/.297 with one homer, two RBI and 11 strikeouts over his last 18 games, so it appears manager Robin Ventura may want him to have a mental health day. Leury Garcia is getting the start at shortstop and hitting ninth for the White Sox on Saturday.
