Alexei Ramirez (back) thinks he'll be available to play in the All-Star game. Ramirez exited Saturday's game with back stiffness and will surely sit out Sunday, but he doesn't think it's a big issue. "I don't think it's going to be a major thing,'' said Ramirez. The White Sox could still decide to play it safe and hold the shortstop out of the All-Star festivities.
