Alex Presley went 3-for-4 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 7-2 victory over the Mariners. Presley, who entered with a .146 batting average, desperately needed a game like this. The spring waiver claim from Minnesota hadn't recorded a multi-hit game this season prior to tonight, and he'd only collected two extra-base hits (both homers). Presley has enough speed and pop to be intriguing in deeper AL-only formats if he gets going, but he could also lose his roster spot if the bat doesn't produce more nights like this evening.
