Alex Presley (toe) struck out as a pinch-hitter in the Pirates' loss to the Brewers on Wednesday. Presley was out for several games after taking a Carlos Marmol pitch off his toe last Friday. The 27-year-old outfielder should get a couple of starts down the stretch.
