Alex Presley is out of the Pirates' lineup for the second straight day Wednesday. Presley has just three hits in his last 28 at-bats, so he may continue to lose playing time if his struggles continue. Yamaico Navarro will make the start in left field Wednesday and bat sixth against left-hander Ross Detwiler.
