Minnesota Twins outfielder/first baseman Alex Kirilloff (wrist) will begin a rehab assignment with the Triple-A St. Paul Saints on Wednesday. Kirilloff is slated to start as the designated hitter, and then he'll likely make a start in the outfield on Thursday for the team's minor league affiliate.
