Minnesota Twins' first baseman/outfielder Alex Kirilloff (wrist) will likely head off to a rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul early next week. He had a cortisone injection to help with the inflammation in his wrist. The 24-year-old has been limited to five games this season, with only one hit in 17 at-bats before getting his wrist examined again.
