Minnesota Twins outfielder/first baseman Alex Kirilloff was optioned to Triple-A St. Paul on Saturday and left-hander Devin Smeltzer was selected from St. Paul in a corresponding move. The Twins also moved first baseman Miguel Sano (knee) to the 60-day injured list.
