Alex Gonzalez was pinch-hit for by Jack Wilson prior to his first at-bat Tuesday after aggravating his right calf injury. Gonzalez didn't have to make any plays in the field in the first two innings, but his calf evidently started bothering him again before he could bat in the second. We'll update his condition when more is known, but the likelihood of him playing Wednesday would seem to be low. Jack Wilson replaced him at shortstop.
