Alex Colome surrendered just an unearned run over 5 2/3 innings and struck out seven Marlins to earn a win in his major league debut Thursday. Marlins is the key word there; Colome had faced similarly talented lineups in the minors. It'll be interesting to see what the Rays do now; they have Chris Archer coming up to start Saturday and they could send Colome down to make room for him. Colome, though, made a case to stay in the rotation in David Price's place with his performance tonight.
