Alex Avila (concussion) caught seven innings and went 2-for-3 with two walks in a rehab game with Triple-A Toledo on Monday. Avila was pulled from his first rehab game on Thursday due to a headache, but he has now caught seven innings in back-to-back days. "There's a strong possibility that if everything's OK and he doesn't have any symptoms, I think there's a possibility that he could return very, very soon," said Tigers manager Jim Leyland. "We'll just have to wait and see."
