After leaving Monday's game, the Yankees announced that Mark Teixeira has a left wrist injury. Manager Joe Girardi seems spooked. "It's a big concern," Girardi said. "We'll keep our fingers crossed." The Yankees will conduct further tests on Tuesday. Teixeira attempted to grab a J.J. Hardy grounder Monday and left the field in great pain. Anything between day-to-day status and a prolonged D.L. stint are in play at this point.
