Adam Wainwright rebounded from a poor outing his last time out to hold the Cubs scoreless for seven innings in the Cardinals' 1-0 win on Sunday. Wainwright allowed six runs -- four earned -- over 4 2/3 innings against the Rays earlier in the week, but he stymied the Cubs all afternoon for his NL-best 13th victory. Wainwright wasn't perfect, as he walked three while giving up five hits, but he made pitches when he needed to. The right-hander has a 1.92 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 122/34 K/BB ratio over 149 2/3 innings this year. He'll take on the division-leading Brewers on Saturday.
