St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright (elbow) is scheduled to play catch on Monday and Tuesday and then will throw a bullpen session on Wednesday assuming everything goes well. The team will then be able to evaluate the veteran righty to see when he'll be able to rejoin the rotation.
