St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright pitched three good innings in Friday's Grapefruit League start against the New York Mets. Wainwright allowed just one run on four hits and a walk while striking out two. Wainwright showed that he still had plenty left in the tank last season, and should again be a solid, consistent part of the Cardinals starting rotation. He's worth a depth spot in deeper mixed leagues.
