Adam Wainwright notched his major-league leading 10th victory Thursday by tossing seven scoreless innings in a 2-1 win over the Mets. Wainwright had no problems with the weak-hitting Mets' lineup, giving up just four hits and a pair of walks while notching six strikeouts. The strong outing pulled his ERA down to 2.18 for the year. Meanwhile, his K/BB ratio sits at a ridiculous 97/7 K/BB ratio over 103 innings. He'll look for win No. 11 next time out in another favorable matchup, this time against the last-place Cubs.
