The St. Louis Cardinals activated starting pitcher Adam Wainwright (elbow) from the 60-day disabled list on Monday and moved starter Michael Wacha (oblique) to the 60-day DL in a corresponding move. Wainwright was solid on his rehab assignment, but he hasn't pitched since May 13 and wasn't effective in his four big league starts to begin the season.
