The Cleveland Indians will call up right-handed pitcher Adam Plutko to start one of the games of Thursday's doubleheader. Plutko has just 3 2/3 innings of big league experience (in 2016), but he's off to a solid start in Triple-A this season, where he's posted a 2.35 ERA in 30 2/3 innings pitched.
