Cleveland Indians pitcher Adam Plutko earned the first save of his career on Wednesday. It was the three-inning variety of save, as Plutko actually tossed four innings, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks. He struck out four and allowed two home runs. It wasn't a great outing by any means, but he closed out a 19-4 win and saved the Cleveland bullpen. It'll almost certainly be the only save of the season for Plutko, and quite possibly the only one of his career.
