Adam Lind is receiving a day off Saturday and will not play Sunday, either. He's not hurt, but Blue Jays manager John Farrell just wanted to get him an extended rest with Monday's off day. Lind has had a nice year but has been fighting it at the plate in July, batting just .218/.275/.327.
