Adam Jones will serve as the DH for the second straight game Wednesday. Jones tweaked his right leg during Monday's game and is banged up in general, so Orioles manager Buck Showalter is playing things safe. Chris Dickerson will make another start in center field after his two-homer night on Tuesday.
