Adam Jones (thumb) is out of the Orioles' lineup for the first half of Monday's doubleheader. Jones was diagnosed with a sprained right thumb Saturday after undergoing an MRI and is still battling a sore ankle. The O's have not laid out a timetable for his return. He hasn't started a game since September 9.
