Adam Eaton (elbow) resumed his minor league rehab assignment Wednesday and went 1-for-2 with two RBI. Eaton served as the designated hitter and had five plate appearances in all, including an RBI single, a hit-by-pitch, a walk and a sacrifice fly. This was his first game action since he suffered a setback with his left elbow back on May 20. It may take him a little while before he's ready to test himself in the outfield, but it looks like he could contribute with the Diamondbacks at some point during the second half.
