Ackley (ankle) is back in the lineup Friday against the A's, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports. Ackley ended up missing four games with the ankle issue, and while he will return Friday, the 26-year-old could always require additional maintenance before the end of the season if the bone spurs prove too painful. He is just 1-for-19 to begin September and is 0-for-7 in his career against Friday's starter Jason Hammel.
