According to T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com, Darren Oliver might play one more season if the Blue Jays trade him to the Rangers. The Blue Jays exercised Oliver's $3 million option for 2013, but he's currently leaning toward retirement. However, since he still keeps his home in Texas, there could be a scenario where he would return. It's not clear if the Blue Jays and Rangers have engaged in any serious talks on the matter. Oliver, 42, posted a 2.06 and 52/15 K/BB ratio over 56 2/3 innings.
