According to Peter Gammons of MLB network, Javier Vazquez is mulling a potential comeback to Major League Baseball. Vazquez went 13-11 with a 3.69 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 162/50 K/BB ratio over 192 2/3 innings with the Marlins in 2011 before deciding to hang 'em up. He'll pitch for Ponce in the Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League after Thanksgiving, then for Puerto Rico during the World Baseball Classic, and use them as a gauge to see if he wants to come back. If so, he'll undoubtedly have plenty of suitors waiting.
