According to MLB.com's Gregor Chisholm, Darren Oliver is still leaning towards retirement. The Blue Jays exercised Oliver's 2013 option in late October, but aren't expecting to hear a final decision from him until next month. There's been speculation that he'll either request a trade to the Rangers or retire. Oliver, 42, posted a 2.06 ERA and 52/15 K/BB ratio over 56 2/3 innings this past season. He'll make $3 million next year if he decides to return with the Jays.
